At Excalibur Classical Academy, a mentor teacher is an expert educator who partners with parents in a classical, character-focused education, serving as a guide who models core values, teaches to a scholar's full potential (not just standards), and helps them develop as servant leaders by focusing on truth, wisdom, and virtue, often using Socratic discussion in both in-person and online settings.
