At this time, Excalibur Classical Academy does not offer bus transportation. Families provide their own transportation to and from school.

We do not currently provide breakfast or lunch service. Scholars bring a cold lunch from home, allowing families to choose what best meets their child’s dietary needs.

Yes. Excalibur Classical Academy requires school uniforms, which are purchased by families. We provide a link to our uniform provider to make ordering simple and convenient.
 

We understand that some students may need medication during the school day. Families should contact the school office to discuss their child’s needs and complete the appropriate authorization forms so we can safely support your child.

For our inaugural year, Excalibur Classical Academy is opening with Kindergarten through 3rd grade. Each year, we will add the next grade level, reaching 5th grade at our current location. As the school grows, we plan to expand into middle school (grades 6–8), which will require moving to a larger facility to accommodate our scholars and programs.

Yes! We deeply value the partnership between families and teachers in nurturing our scholars. Our parent community organization offers opportunities for parents to volunteer, support school events, build fellowship with other families, fundraise and take on leadership roles within the school. It’s a way for parents to actively contribute to our vibrant school community while helping every scholar thrive academically, socially, and morally.

Our first day of school is Tuesday, September 8, 2026 and the last day for scholars will be Thursday, May 27th.  The daily start and end times will be Monday-Thursday 8am-3:05pm and Fridays from 8am-12:50pm.
